This package includes all the logistics of decorating your wedding: it goes from the elaboration of its concept to the complete installation the day before and The Day.
The daily work:
- In-depth study and personalized elaboration of your wedding decoration
- The imagination of the Wedding Styling: the creation of the theme and the atmosphere (Inspiration boards, color palettes)
- The organization and planning of the setting up of your decor
- The consideration of the list of all the elements of decoration to rent or to buy
- Regular exchanges according to your needs (tel, email, social networks, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Monitoring your budget
- Preparation of the schedule
- Advice and technical visits to the venue
Organization:
- The organization and coordination of all service providers (furniture rental, crockery rental, lighting & special effects technician, printer, etc.)
- Installation of ceremony decoration (flowers, arch, decorative objects, etc.)
- Card making – style proposals – creative or creative proposals
- Proposal and estimate of the floral decoration of your wedding
- Monitoring of technical and safety problems
- Transport, installation, and removal of the decoration
To sum up, I accompany you to each service provider; from the choice of each to the signing of contracts and I liaise with them until the end of your event.
